Nationally recognized as technical experts in risk and capital management Manning looks to tap into this expertise along with growing innovative solutions and serving clients. Manning oversees operations in 26 countries from St. Louis, Missouri in order to deliver proficiency in all aspects of insurance. Before taking lead as CEO, Manning held multiple responsibilities across RGA including Executive Vice President and COO for RGA’s International Division, Executive Vice President and Head of U.S. Markets, and Senior Executive Vice President of Global Structured Solutions. Racking up more than three decades of leadership experience in the insurance industry and prior to her roles at RGA, Manning spent nearly two decades with the Toronto office of Towers Perrin’s Tillinghast insurance consulting practice.
