Hollub is responsible for all Occidental’s operations, including financial management and strategic planning with a goal of making Occidental the top company in the oil industry. The key to Occidental’s success is not only Hollub’s leadership, but its unique culture of innovative thinking, smart risk-taking, and employee engagement. Despite industry-wide struggles Hollub has managed to turn a profit while cutting cost for the company without letting employees go.
